All loot drops have being personally verified by me (scrambled notes on my notepad). Republic info taken from tor-loot.com.
Tionese/Xenotech/Energized are all of 126 rating and contains Q51 mods/enhancements etc. Xenotech/Energized do not have or share a set bonus with Tionese/Columi.
Columi level gear are all 136 rating and contains Q56 mods/enhacements etc..
Bonus – Bonus bosses, unlocked by doing the bonus inside with flashpoint with different stages, bonus boss usually unlocked by stage 4 or 5.
All bosses, including the minibosses (not listed here) will drop Tionese crystals.

I think there is some stuff missing from your ‘handy PDF’
For Example: only one chest piece is noted (Columni from FE Darth Malgus), but there are other chest pieces according to your other information (Energized from D7)
There was a small typo and Bulwark in D7 was incorrectly noted to drop Energized Headpiece rather than Energized Chestpiece. Should be corrected now and thanks for noticing it!

Does anyone know which Maelstrom/Taral V (Republic) correspond to the Foundry/Boarding Party (Imperial) bosses? Same for Esseles and Black Talon….

Not sure if this is a mistake on your list or if the Foundry Guardian can drop multiple items, but I have him recorded as dropping Energized Gloves (instead of Tionese boots, as your list indicates).
I will double check and get back to you 🙂

With 1.3 loot appears to have changed. I did Koan Under Siege HM twice today. Loot was as follows:- “Defend vs Zombies” encounter is now rewarding Exotech legs (ex: Exotech Stalkers Legwraps) and not Xenotech Gloves.
– Rakghoul Behemoth is now rewarding Columi braces (ex: Columi Enforcer’s Armguards) and not a Tionese grade mainhand (Pity! I was really looking forward to getting Blaststorm. :().
– Commander Lk’Graagth is unchanged (still rewards Columi head).
yup, loot has changed a bit with some randomized factor as well. I will have a updated list soonish 😀
Btw for me Kaon HM dropped the following: defend the zombie – columi ear, rakghoul behemoth exotech gloves, LKGrr stil the same 😀
Ahhh… hope still lives then for getting Blaststorm from the Rakghoul Behemoth… maybe… 🙂

Just ran through the Foundry HM and got columi bracers off of HK 47 instead of tionese offhand. Not sure if that’s changed or just random.
Would it be possible to have an updated version for 4.0 ? 🙂
