SWTORL Paid character transfers delayed beyond patch 2.2

SWTOR paid character transfers will be delayed beyond patch 2.2. It is currently scheduled to arrive with patch 2.2.1

Scheduled Maintenance: June 11th, 2013 [POSTPONED] | 06.10.2013, 02:19 PM

Hey folks,

I wanted to give you an update on Paid Character Transfers since I know you have been curious about it with the delay of 2.2. Unfortunately, we have come across some bugs that are present with Character Transfers, specifically around Achievements. We definitely want to insure that we are providing the best service possible when you pay to transfer your character.

Know that unlike Game Update 2.2, fixing this is a bit more involved and so Paid Character Transfers will no longer be launching with 2.2. This is entirely subject to change as we work through it, but the next likely launch target is 2.2.1. I apologize for the delay on this, I know many of you were looking forward to transferring your characters this week. We will get it out as soon as we can!

Well, figures.

They need time to implement the character transfer into the Cartel Market:

Lemme guess how this works Eric,
1.) You will need a “Transfer Certificate” to transfer from your server to another.
2.) Transfer Certificates are available from a new kind of gambling pack.
3.) The Transfer Certificate will be for a random destination server.
4.) The Transfer Certificate will be an ultra rare drop.
5.) You have to have Ultimate Hero status with the Cartel Market to use the Transfer Certificate. *
6.) Transfer Certificates are Single Use, Bind on Pickup.
Did I get that right?

* As of the latest info regarding the paid character transfers, you need to have additional 1800 cartel coins to use this thing.
