Is that a bad thing? Was it better balanced on the PTS than it is on live?
From the “known issues”
All Sensor Dampening upgrades are currently limited to 15k meters
But… the maximum you could achieve was 11.5km… WTH do they mean?
Could mean that if they are within 15km of you, your sensor dampening stops working? Could make sense if they don’t want invisible gunships running around.
Possible. Also might be due to seeing the ship ‘visually’?
But it’s a Known Issue, so wouldn’t that mean it’s more bug than Working As Intended?
Did my brain stop working during the beta/PTS, or did they change Fortress shields? I don’t remember them having the 30s active use time. I remember the cooldown, but not having the shield work for only 30s.
Was there on the PTS if I recall. Both the shield duration and cooldown.
Wow. I must have not been paying attention at all. I’m debating about going back to feedback shields, as the fortress is only superhelpful if I see the enemy coming…which I usually don’t.
