I cannot enter the goblin mine. The interact key is shaded out and doesn’t work. Anything I have to do before?

There is a quest called “Dead Man’s Wrist” that is on the north side of the island missing from this list.

There is also a quest on the beach, SW of the main town. A guy near the beach lets you use his monkey to find 3 items buried in the beach.

There’s also one from that Adullini-whatever guy sitting under the tent by the warrior statute. I see him at random so i’ve no clue what stipulations are needed to get him to appear.

For Izad’s Treasure, I also received a necklace named Izad’s Treasure that adds to magician recovery.

This quest is missing from the list above:

DEAD MAN’S WRIST
Level: 2
Location: A cave due west of Sandy Grotto Wayshrine
Quest giver: Siraj (dead Redguard)
Reward: 14 Gold

Description: In a cave full of plunder, I found a dead man clutching a note to his sister. Though the bracelet accompanying the note has little monetary value, his sister may be glad to have it back.
I should look for the dead man’s sister, Terina. Back in town is the most likely place to start.
> Bring bracelet and note to Terina.
