General Info
Blighthaven Reputation Vendor Location
Blighthaven is a new level 50 zone added with the Strain Ultradrop patch. This zone can be found in the north of Isigrol and can be accessed via Western Grimvault. The reputation vendor is actually quite deep inside Blighthaven, next to the 20 man group event area.
Costume/Hoverboards
Costumes are fairly easy to obtain and doesn’t require a lot of reputation (Liked, Accepted, Popular only). They are fairly cheap too, costing only 5-11 gold per piece. The Strainhover Mount will set you back 100 plat, or 140 plat if you are going after all the flairs.

Do the 20 man world bosses etc
By the way Dulfy, you can download an addon that lets you preview items for all slots at the same time, might be easier for showing previews than single screenies.
