Destiny 2 Cayde-6 Nessus Treasure Map Guide

A guide to locating all 5 treasures for Destiny 2 Cayde-6’s Nessus Treasure Maps.

To be able to see these treasure chests, you will need to purchase Treasure Maps from Cayde-6 at The Tower. They cost glimmer and five maps can be purchased once a week (weekly reset is at Tuesday 5 AM eastern). Each week it is a different planet. These chests can yield anything from blue gear, emblems to chance at legendary/exotic engrams.

Here is a quick video guide to all 5 maps on Nessus.

Nessus Treasure Map #1

To the left of the map marker for Nessus Treasure Map #1 is an underground cave. Go through it and it will lead you to a cavern with a portal.

Once you are in that cavern, immediately take a right and look for a small hidden tunnel that will lead you to the chest at the end.

Nessus Treasure Map #2

Head towards the map marker, you will see a ledge with a couple of crates leading up and the crashed Exodus Black on your left. Jump up on the crates and follow the path that will lead to the chest near the forcefield at the end of the path.

Nessus Treasure Map #3

Make your way from Artifact’s Edge landing zone and head straight towards the map marker. You should see a giant ball on the wall and then look down on the circular hole on the hole for the chest.

Nessus Treasure Map #4

Make your way from The Cistern landing zone, the chest is inside a broken ball.

Nessus Treasure Map #5

Make your way from Watcher’s Grave landing zone and head to the marker. As you get into The Tangle, you will see the path split into two. Take the right path that goes down and soon you will see an orange cave entrance to your right.

Go in and take the right path to find the final chest.

  • Joshua

Why are some of the chests completely empty?

    • It happens if you loot chests too fast apparently, some kind of anti botting measure I think.

      • Norleras

so thats it you get nothing…

  • Difdi

Apparently either PC and console have different chest locations or they change from week to week. Either way, this guide is so badly wrong it’s hilariously useless.
